Hat Bar Birthday Parties — The Activity That Steals the Show
A Live Custom Hat Experience for Birthday Celebrations of Every Size — London & Beyond
Forget the photo booth. Skip the cupcake decorating. A Naked Hats hat bar is the birthday party activity that has every guest — from the youngest to the oldest in the room — gathered around a table, designing something personal, and walking away with the best party favour they’ve ever received.
We bring the full mobile hat bar setup to your birthday venue across London. Guests pick their hat, browse hundreds of patch designs, and our team heat-presses every creation on the spot. No waiting, no mess, no stress for the host. Just genuine creative fun that makes your birthday the one everyone remembers.
The Birthday Activity That Works for Every Age
Kids’ Birthday Parties
For younger guests, the hat bar is pure magic. Bright patches, fun designs, sports teams, animals, pop culture references — the choice is genuinely exciting, and the process of watching their hat get pressed is something kids talk about for weeks. We’re patient, warm, and experienced with younger crowds. Adult supervision is recommended for guests under 8.Teen Birthday Parties
Teenagers are the hardest crowd to impress at a birthday party — and consistently the most absorbed guests at a hat bar. The customisation, the self-expression, the ability to create something genuinely personal and cool? It hits exactly the right note. No one feels put on the spot, no one has to perform, and everyone ends up creating something they’re genuinely proud of.Adult Milestone Birthdays
Whether it’s a 30th, 40th, 50th, or any milestone worth celebrating, a hat bar brings an unexpected creativity to an adult birthday that feels premium rather than gimmicky. Guests who haven’t done something hands-on and creative together in years find themselves completely absorbed — and the hats they walk away with carry the memory of the celebration every time they wear them.Kids’ Party Hat Bar — A Note on Age
Our hat bar is wonderful for children’s parties. For the youngest guests (under 8), we recommend having an adult alongside to help with design choices and to keep the process moving. Our team is patient and great with kids — we’ll make sure every child walks away with something they love. The Birthday Favour That Doesn't End Up in the Bin
Party favour bags — the wrapped sweets, the small toys, the items that inevitably get left on the table — are a significant party budget line item that most guests forget by the following morning. A hat designed by your guest at your party, with patches they chose themselves, is the opposite of forgettable.
For birthday hosts who want to replace the favour bag entirely, the hat bar does it in one move: every guest gets a premium, personalised keepsake they made themselves. For hosts who want both, custom birthday patches featuring the celebrant’s name and age make a beautiful take-home addition to the design.
