The Hat Bar Experience — Entertainment, Swag & the Conversation That Follows
What's a hat bar?
Live, On-Site Custom Hat Design That Becomes the Best Part of Your Event
When guests arrive at the patch table and see hundreds of unique designs spread out in front of them, something clicks. They stop thinking about whatever else is on their mind and just start browsing. And they don’t stop until they’ve found exactly the right combination.
That’s the Naked Hats experience. Not an activity. Entertainment
It’s an interactive experience where guests can design and personalise their own unique headwear with a dazzling array of hats, patches, and accessories.
Think of it like a build-your-own adventure for headwear! We provide a wide selection of hats in various styles, along with a treasure trove of embellishments. Your guests can let their imaginations run wild, creating hats that reflect their individual personalities and style.
Why a Hat Bar Works for Every Event
Entertainment that runs itself: Guests find the bar naturally. No announcement needed. They stay because the patch collection pulls them in.
Works for every age and personality: From the newest hire to the most senior executive, from kids to grandparents — no competitive pressure, no wrong answers. Everyone engages.
The swag they’ll actually keep: Every guest designed it themselves. That’s why they wear it, keep it, and get asked about it everywhere they go.
Talkability that lasts: ‘Where did you get that hat?’ is the question that follows every Naked Hats event. The activation ends. The conversation doesn’t.
Professionally run at any scale: From intimate 15-person events to 800+ guest activations, our team is sized to your event — multiple pressers, patch stylists, and a team coordinator ensuring smooth flow throughout.
Perfect for Every Event
Corporate events & brand activations · Weddings & cocktail hours · Bar & bat mitzvahs · Birthday parties (all ages) · Hen do & hen parties · Graduation celebrations · Team-building offsites · Conferences & trade show booths · School carnivals & Sports fundraisers · Pop-ups & brand activations
